KCCS PROFESSIONAL BOXING CLUB & ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
Building a Professional Boxing Team — Developing Athletes, Educating Leaders, Transforming Communities
Under the Leadership of Dr. Tommy Leonard R. Burnett
President, Kingdom Community College and Seminary
Welcome to a New Era of Boxing at KCCS!
Kingdom Community College and Seminary (KCCS) is proud to announce an exciting new athletic initiative: the development of our own professional boxing club for participation in professional and amateur athletic boxing organizations.
This initiative will combine professional boxing ambitions with athletic training, Christian character development, educational advancement, and community involvement.
Our vision is to create a competitive professional boxing organization while establishing a structured development program for talented individuals seeking to improve their boxing skills and pursue future athletic opportunities.
We are building more than a boxing gym. We are developing athletes, leaders, and opportunities for the future.

ABOUT PROFESSIONAL BOXING AND ATHLETIC COMMISSIONS
Professional boxing is a globally recognized sport governed by state athletic commissions, national sanctioning bodies, and international organizations. It provides expansive opportunities for fighters, coaches, cut men, officials, and promotional organizations throughout the United States and the world.
The sport operates across multiple traditional weight classes and regional territories, featuring a competitive structure of sanctioned bouts, regional rankings, and world championship opportunities.
KCCS is developing its professional boxing organization with the goal of securing official promotional licensure, athletic commission approval, and team admission requirements for formal competitive events.
TWO PROGRAMS — ONE VISION
1. KCCS Professional Boxing Club
Kingdom Community College and Seminary is establishing the organizational foundation for its own professional boxing fight club and promotional team. The proposed club will seek to compete within sanctioned professional and amateur boxing events following the successful completion of all regulatory and athletic commission requirements. The professional boxing organization will focus on competitive excellence, recruiting talented fighters, developing qualified coaching personnel, building community relationships, and establishing a professional team identity.
2. KCCS Boxing Athlete Development Program
Our Athlete Development Program will provide a structured opportunity for aspiring boxers to strengthen their athletic abilities and prepare for competitive evaluation. Participants will receive opportunities for organized boxing instruction and training activities as scheduled by KCCS. The program is intended to emphasize boxing fundamentals, intense physical conditioning, offensive and defensive ring skills, teamwork, leadership, sportsmanship, and personal discipline. Successful participation in the development program may lead to consideration for future promotional team evaluations or tryouts. However, enrollment does not guarantee selection for the professional fight team.

BOXING DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM — $500 ENTRY FEE
Your Opportunity Begins Here!
Program Entry Fee: $500 per participant
The $500 fee is for participation in the KCCS Boxing Athlete Development Program, not for purchasing a position on the professional KCCS fight team.
The program is intended to offer participants opportunities to develop their skills, receive elite instruction, participate in organized training activities (heavy bag conditioning, mitt work, and footwork drills), and prepare for competitive boxing evaluations.
Before accepting payments, KCCS will provide participants with a written enrollment agreement identifying the training schedule, services included, eligibility requirements, payment terms, and refund policy.
The entry fee does not guarantee a professional promotional contract, roster position, scholarship, or academic enrollment.

OUR BOXING DEVELOPMENT OBJECTIVES
1. Boxing Fundamentals: Stance, footwork, hand placement, punch mechanics, combinations, and defensive techniques.
2. Physical Conditioning: Core strength, explosive power, cardiovascular endurance, agility, and preparation for the physical demands of competitive boxing.
3. Teamwork and Sportsmanship: Communication, cooperation, corner discipline, and respect for coaches, officials, and opponents.
4. Competitive Development: Structured sparring, performance evaluation, mitt work, and opportunities to demonstrate athletic ability.
5. Leadership and Character: Integrity, accountability, perseverance, ring discipline, and responsible decision-making.
6. Educational Advancement: Encouraging participants to explore educational and professional development opportunities available through KCCS.
BOXING AND EDUCATION WORKING TOGETHER
At Kingdom Community College and Seminary, we believe that athletic achievement and education can complement one another.
Through its academic partnership with Mount Carmel Seminary and College, KCCS seeks to encourage athletes to pursue educational opportunities that strengthen their knowledge, leadership abilities, Christian character, and future career prospects.
Participants may inquire about available Christian education and leadership development programs. Academic enrollment and degree completion are separate from participation in the boxing program and remain subject to the applicable academic requirements.

A MESSAGE FROM OUR PRESIDENT
"Kingdom Community College and Seminary is excited about the opportunity to establish a professional boxing organization and an athlete development program that will serve aspiring boxers and our communities.
We believe there are talented individuals who deserve opportunities to develop their abilities, demonstrate their potential, and pursue their dreams. Our vision is to combine boxing conditioning with education, leadership, discipline, and Christian character.
We want our athletes to understand that success is not measured only by titles won or bouts won. It is also measured by integrity, commitment, teamwork, education, and the positive difference they make in the lives of others.
As we develop this initiative, we look forward to welcoming talented individuals who are prepared to work hard, demonstrate good character, and represent Kingdom Community College and Seminary with excellence in the ring. Together, we can build something meaningful for our athletes, our institution, and our communities."
